NEW YEAR RESOLUTION
practise healthy diet!!
first thing to do eat breakfast everyday! 2 slice of wholemeal bread and a cup of milo/ low fat milk!
second thing to do eat lunch promptly with 1 serving of fruit!
dinner eat 1 apple/any cut fruits!
LETS SEE HOW LONG CAN I PERSEVERE!! :D:D
study!
study every wed! with yan ee, shir and others!!
score well for all quizes!
increase GPA result!!
work!
work every sat!
MUST LOSE 4 KG BEFORE CNY!!!
try to walk home from school as many times as possible! ( i did it today!!)
do not take lift when i am homed! CLIMB!( is just 6 stories!!!)
